Write a CV on your phone
A good CV is about content and order. You can write one on your phone if you enter your details once and leave the layout to a template.
A structure that works
Recruiters skim a CV in seconds. Keep this order:
- name, target role, contact details,
- a short profile (2–3 sentences: who you are professionally and what you’re looking for),
- experience, most recent first, with 1–3 concrete results,
- education, skills, languages.
Applying in Germany or Poland
A German CV (Lebenslauf) is usually a table in reverse order, often with place, date and signature at the end; a photo is common but not mandatory. Polish employers often expect a data-protection consent clause at the bottom — formally optional, but leaving it out can get an application rejected.
PDF, not an editable file
Send your CV as a PDF with a clear file name, e.g. “CV_Anna_Kowalska.pdf” — it looks the same on every device and nobody changes it by accident.
